We live inner city and try to support businesses close to home. Kings is definitely our favourite for Chinese food. It is always tasty and quick to order. I am particular about fried rice not being dried out, good shanghai noodles and crisp veg.....it is all good here. :)

Question, Did the chef change? Not complaining really as we have really enjoyed your place for 20+ years. Either I got older in a hurry or the dishes are much more
spicy/hot than I recall. Can we order in the future and receive 1 Star Hot in place of 2 Star Hot? My wife even mentioned it and she is much younger than I.
